At this time, we do not accept returns. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we work hard to make sure that you are as educated as possible about the items you intend on purchasing. If you have any questions at all about the ingredients, instructions or wear of a certain product, please do not hesitate to ask. If you live locally, we will happily provide samples of specific products you would like to try. If you live elsewhere and there is something you are not quite certain about, please contact us and we can find a way to ensure that a product is right for you. 

Need to find the right foundation shade for your skintone? Curious about how a certain blush will look on you? E-mail us some information about your colouring, along with the current shade and brand of foundation that you currently wear, and maybe even a photo! This will help us to make sure that you are getting products that you will work for you.

We currently only accept local exchanges for unopened, unused products. You are welcome to exchange the product for a different shade or, if it is within 30 days of purchase, you may exchange the item for a store credit.
